- Create a shipment yourself: If you choose to arrange a shipment yourself, you must always send the package insured and with Track & Trace to the address above.
- Important: Are you using a self-scan option at a parcel point without the supervision of an employee? Then the shipment is often uninsured and incompletely registered. If your package is lost or stolen during a self-initiated return process, TCGLegends is not responsible for this.

Cancellation period and consequences.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@tcglegends.nl - We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments received, including the original shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs for a more expensive delivery method). The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation statement, using the same payment method as the original transaction. We may delay the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, back.
Cost of Returns
The costs for return shipping are at your own expense and amount to approximately €7 per package for Dutch customers and approximately €10 for customers in Belgium. Please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.
Partial Returns
Please note: If you return part of your order and the remaining order amount falls below the threshold for free shipping, the original shipping costs will still be charged. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Conditions
- The product must be returned with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
- If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may pass on the reduction in value to you.

- Include your invoice or a copy of your order confirmation with the return.
- Ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.
We will refund the due order amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to order or personalized.
- Products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which are not suitable for return for hygienic or health reasons (such as sealed TCG products).
